This is an Edit from my last review. I have high speed internet finally. It has made a huge difference in the quality of service. We can watch internet movies without them buffing. Several cell phone devices can be used at the same time it's pretty awesome. So instead of two stars for the horrible service that I've been receiving and I'll give them 4 stars. I've been really impressed with the bill not fluctuating, and overall I'm very pleased..

I haven't even had this service for a month but I'm already regretting it. Download speeds are abismal. I can't watch a movie without it buffering every minute. The app is horrible, I can't even log in. I've tried 5 different times to have it send me and email to reset my password and it just never sends one.
