All my devices constantly have to be reconnected. My direct Tv on demand apps most times cannot connect. My camara system I can't use with you even though your sales guy lied and said I could before I agreed to sign up. The price had doubled for my bill which I don't understand and can't get an answer too. I am seriously considering going back to exfinity.

Ì would have a better rating but, it goes out when ever it wants. I have to reboot the cameras ever day and check to make sure there even recording. It's been down on both times that I needed them most. But I guess for $18 ontop of my internet it's ok.

Transferred from spectrum after buying a house from kinetic customers. Paid for 1gb service, got confirmation and account number in email. Call to figure out how to login to the app, as I have not set up an email or password for it. After 9 calls, a chat, and a voice call (who hung up abruptly after 15 minutes of silence), the only conclusion I can come to is: Whomever I paid to set up the transfer merely cancelled the previous homeowners account, and even though I've paid I have no account? Lol
