Terrible app. I get none of the calls I receive when WFH (yes, its configured to fwd my calls to my cell). Also, even though my phone is always on vibrate, when it a call DOES come though, it rings at the loudest setting possible.

I DONT KOW WHAT THE DEVELOPERS WERE THINKING WHEN THEY DECIDED TO CHANGE FROM LISTING COWORKERS BY LAST NAME IN ALPHABETICAL ORDER TO NUMERICAL ORDER BY EXTENSIONS. WHEM PEOPLE CALL THEY ASK FOR PEOPLE BY NAME SINCE THEY DONT KNOW THE EXTENSIONS BUT NOW YOU HAVE TO SCROLL UP AND DOWN THE LIST OVER AND OVER AGAIN, UNTIL YOU FIND THE PERSON THAT THEY NEED TO TALK TO, WASTING THE CLIENT'S TIME. This app is terrible! For almost 6 months it worked without a data plan then it stopped. Just a week ago it started working again without data then I logged on this morning and it's idiling. Every employee I have talked to complains about this app. The company needs to switch back to original. Phone sometimes ring and there is a busy signal at the same time it's ringing. Barely tracks recent calls, you have to constantly keep refreshing. The app is useless if you work remotely.
