2024-11-21 | Oscar Lopez | The app is not good i missed a billing cycle cause I had to get a new card. When that happens the app resets and your not able to view billing in the tab it displays $0. You try to update your billing info and it will not let you either forcing you to call customer support and paying the extra fee while on there or you have to go to the actual website and log in from there to update anything. Wifi settings also don't work it shows that my wifi router is disabled, if you use the site it works.... | |

My only complaint in large is with my service price, but for the connection speeds I get, I suppose I shouldn't complain much at all. Windstream has never done me wrong. We can watch internet movies without them buffing. Several cell phone devices can be used at the same time it's pretty awesome. So instead of two stars for the horrible service that I've been receiving and I'll give them 4 stars. I've been really impressed with the bill not fluctuating, and overall I'm very pleased.. | |

The app is horrible, I can't even log in. I've tried 5 different times to have it send me and email to reset my password and it just never sends one. | |
2024-04-30 | Akechi San | Lately, when the wifi isn't working, I'm not able to reboot the gateway wirelessly through the app. Sometimes it'll say: Gate is offline or that it doesn't detect andly issues and I'm not able to reboot. My wife works from home and isn't the brightest bulb, so she needs me to wirelessly reboot the wifi when it's down. But the function hasn't worked for a long while now. | |

You can also use this to test your connection speed, reset your connection, and check the status of any open repair tickets you have. Update: this app has become terrible and very buggy. My internet connection has become incredibly unstable, but they sure make sure to up the bill every so often. New service provider is coming to the area soon, cant come soon enough. | |

Stability is trash, support section is useless, I bet their billing section works. Update: internet is out in the whole house, but it's all good since the app says the router is connected to the internet with no connectivity issues. The red light on the router says different. They decided to increase my bill by $20, for their great product of course. | |
2023-07-09 | Brian Rhoden | Their internet service and app started out working great. On the app, there is an option to view your network, it's no longer accurate. It shows my cell connected all the time, even while I'm away. I can no longer edit network info via the app or turn wifi on/off, clearing the cache, and reinstalling does nada. The service quality has become horrible, I'm considering turning it off. The internet is up and down constantly, and power cycles, reboots, or resets do nothing to fix it. | |

Beyond that...it's nice to manage billing but lost most of its appeal...oh and it's painfully slow to load and the chat option is always experiencing high volumes so good luck getting anyone. | |
