Insanely rich company with an app that barely works. So many bugs in the everyday usage to list. It doesn't synchronize right with google contacts, fails to register messages if I read them in the desktop version, doesn't work on mobile network, is clunky, slow, if you arenin meesages doesn't find contacts by name and viceversa. For an app made by Verizon directed to business with VoIP, this is a scam. Go with another company, this is garbage

I'm required to use this app for work and about 5% of phone calls don't have something weird occur. Most calls echo or are delayed; typically if I'm talking to another One Talk user, the first 5 seconds are silent and the call must be disconnected and start over. When my personal phone receives a call, it overrides the One Talk app and I'm unable to hear One Talk call until I decline incoming call. Works horribly while using WiFi. I hate this app.

Nice, but it needs to be more functional. Cannot send texts via phone app while on wifi or when phone is hardwired to the Internet (but can with the windows app on an actual computer). Can sometimes s receive texts on wifi via the phone, but not send (again w/ phone app). Miss a lot if data is not on/available.
