2024-11-13 | Alex | Insanely rich company with an app that barely works. So many bugs in the everyday usage to list. It doesn't synchronize right with google contacts, fails to register messages if I read them in the desktop version, doesn't work on mobile network, is clunky, slow, if you arenin meesages doesn't find contacts by name and viceversa. For an app made by Verizon directed to business with VoIP, this is a scam. Go with another company, this is garbage
2024-10-25 | Emily B | I'm required to use this app for work and about 5% of phone calls don't have something weird occur. Most calls echo or are delayed; typically if I'm talking to another One Talk user, the first 5 seconds are silent and the call must be disconnected and start over. When my personal phone receives a call, it overrides the One Talk app and I'm unable to hear One Talk call until I decline incoming call. Works horribly while using WiFi. I hate this app.
2024-09-06 | Helga Wantsprivacy | Nice, but it needs to be more functional. Cannot send texts via phone app while on wifi or when phone is hardwired to the Internet (but can with the windows app on an actual computer). Can sometimes s receive texts on wifi via the phone, but not send (again w/ phone app). Miss a lot if data is not on/available.
2024-08-19 | Angelo “Angel” Z32TT | Decent application but there are quite a few things that need work such as: There is no Bluetooth functionality for Bluetooth headsets which is a huge inconvenience. The other thing is that the application doesn't allow you to block unwanted or spam callers which is necessary nowadays and sometimes people call and you hear the phone ring but nothing shows on the screen which is an application bug error.
2024-07-23 | Jonathan Shisler (Addict-4) | Find a better solution! I switched my business to Verizon. 16 lines, one talk, wireless internet everything. I figured there would be some hiccups, but it has been a nightmare with still no end in sight 3 months in. I have 13 hours on the phone with different techs, an open service ticket for over a month. The desktop app is absolute garbage, and my phones still do not work. Verizon is not what it used to be. This is hurting my business greatly.
2024-06-21 | Hank Dobbs | Verizon has made setup for this app very complicated and I ran into several things that didn't work right. Their customer service isn't trained well to help with this service. When they didn't set it up correctly, it caused my text messaging to stop working. It was such a headache, after 3 days I had them discontinue the service and I'm uninstalling the app.
2024-06-20 | joi hardin | Fails to ring or transmit incoming text messages. I'm so mad. I run a business and this looses me money! This app should be free until you can ensure our clients can actually connect with us. Missed calls, missed messages, contacts do not sync still from device to device... even after I select "business". Call log is useless. It seems like we are the testers of this project. Except, we pay to test their products. Not the other way around.
2024-06-07 | Ross Haswell | Buggy, does not work as advertised. Virtually no technical support available. The number they replied with isn't helpful, it's a generic number for Verizon. One talk is causing my business to miss calls from clients and every request I have made for technical help has been ignored, they haven't even opened a ticket even though I have called four times.
2024-04-15 | Justin Vickery | Logging in to edit my original review. I am very disappointed that this app does not allow synching contacts between devices. That is very basic functionality that should be supported. Otherwise a pretty good app. It doesn't feel polished, like it's unfinished. But the other functionality works. So I can't complain too much.
2024-03-02 | Diana Yoder | So so experience. It drops calls sometimes, and sometimes the messaging feature doesn't go through for some contacts. Also, there is no feature to block telemarketers. Not very happy with the app so far. After update: they seem to have fixed the glitches with the dropped calls, and the overall running of the app works better, but still have some problems not receiving messages from certain clients and still no blocking for telemarketers. |
