shawn kennedy, 2024-09-17Not a fan. Just did the data transfer to the new phone and am in the process of erasing and resetting. The files (photos. videos, and audio files) transferred over. However, the date stamp was incorrect on most files! The newly saved date was the date and time of the transfer :/ This does not work for me!! I need to know the correct date of my screenshots and audio files. So now I am going to start the process over with a different app.... Update: Used the Clone Phone app. Much faster than this

Deanna V, 2024-05-21Very easy to use. However..at the same time frustrating. Each of my apps I was made to approve the transfer or go to the play store to download anyway. Only transferred half of my pics, notified me, but gave no way to try the rest. Didn't transfer ANY of my phone contacts. Had to go through each contact last night & transfer to the new device. Now let's see what pics I'm missing. Guess that's how I'm spending my morning...Update-Wife just used Samsung Smart Switch & it worked way better!
