I'm positve that if this new android phone (on the lower end for burner phones) had a keyboard that was easier to use, and had an operating system that wasnt laggy it would be easier to capitalize collaborative features. This phone, like many PC's have a mind of its own. I tried the prepaid plan for awhile and I appreciate the discount you get that (as I need 2 phones) but if you miss a paymemt you get locked outfrom your verizon acct even if you have wifi

A couple of months ago I noticed that the App won't back up my contacts anymore. I uninstalled the updates and got it to update my contacts using the old version. However each time the app auto updates it stops working. Now I've noticed that it also won't backup my contacts using the old version. What is the issue with it? I am using the free version just for contacts and have been a Verizon customer for 16 years. EDIT: AS OF SEPTEMBER 1ST IT HAS STOPPED WORKING AGAIN.

I changed my rating from 1 to 4 because of the quick response to the issue I and others were having with the app. as stated below. Thank You Have been unable to upload contacts to verizon cloud. I keep getting your contacts are ready to sync, but without success. A call to verizon support was no help. Was transfered to asurion also no help. It's always your phone and never the app. Good luck if you download this app you're better off handwritting your contacts in a notebook.
