App doesn't update your current data usage. Today (Dec 15) my plan renewed, but still shows usage up to December 2nd. Many people have this same problem, so we don't know if we have lots of data left for the month or need to buy more.

There's a 6 minute waiting period to use the app. The server is over loaded during busy times. Very annoying issue. Second issue, after certain time toward end of day the app is under maintenance and you get an error message. Thirdly, sometimes there's an error to access public rewards page. This has become a major concern.

No useful help with the AI-bot. Online staff give you their best effort, but if the site were designed properly in the first place you wouldn't have as many problems.
