The Telus app is not user friendly at all and constantly glitches and crashes. Good luck redeeming rewards through the app because it never works. Logging in with a browser usually doesn't work either. When you call their customer service they make it almost impossible to speak to an actual human which I'm sure is by design. I wish their were more options for TV and internet in Canada because this is a joke.
Total business incompetance & fraud. After being transferred the usual 5x, disconnected & not called back 3x... 'Retention' apparently has 'no way' to send me a different, better phone for a new line being added, when they have been falsely advertising, to this day, that their are $0 s24fe phones available. At this point i am now looking at porting OUT 23 lines, instead of one line in, that they are unable to process. Useless business services. And keep your useless, bs 'developer response'.
Telus are crooks they use all sorts of gimmicks and BS. I'm literally looking at a device that was $30 a month + billing. I refreshed the page, and the price doubled to over $65+ a month + billing. What a scam!!!!
