2024-12-17 | Guy Femmes | Total business incompetance & fraud. After being transferred the usual 5x, disconnected & not called back 3x... 'Retention' apparently has 'no way' to send me a different, better phone for a new line being added, when they have been falsely advertising, to this day, that their are $0 s24fe phones available. At this point i am now looking at porting OUT 23 lines, instead of one line in, that they are unable to process. Useless business services. And keep your useless, bs 'developer response'. | |

Logging in with a browser usually doesn't work either. When you call their customer service they make it almost impossible to speak to an actual human which I'm sure is by design. I wish their were more options for TV and internet in Canada because this is a joke. | |
