Verizon did not fix my phone. I have problems with my phone and they did not resolve it. They look at my phone with this app did not fix it. Google Messenger they need to fix it.

BEWARE OF THIS APP!!! IT'S USED BY SCAMMERS. A scammer just tried to use this on me in my attempt to cancel my Microsoft 365 personal subscription. They asked me to download it so they can look at my screen and "walk me through the cancellation". I was also asked to go to the AMEX website and buy a gift card "in order to get a refund for the subscription to my card & also in order to delete the card from the system", otherwise I'll still be charged. Both Microsoft & Amex have been notified!
