As a support agent who uses the software at our tech support firm, we use the desktop version. I'm leaving a review on the mobile version to tell people, if you're reading people's negative reviews about the app calling it a scam, they got socially engineered. They're mad. And they're taking it out on a legitimate support app because they don't want to admit they were fooled. If you called a legitimate support center and they use this, it's legit.

Big scam someone tried telling me that my email account was being deleted and wanted me to download this app so he could sell me a protection plan, my email account was not being deleted!!
