Worst service I've ever experienced tried to use there scooters twice and both times they didn't work and they charged me $6 each time, second time wouldn't accept the parking and I had to walk the scooter up the road. I will never use again

Zach Field, 2024-11-21Parking zones could be made bigger as find people struggle to end their trip. Also some no riding zones are too narrow and often the scooter cuts off when on an approved route. Reported often but nothing seems to get updated by the customer service/tech team.
