2024-11-21 | Zach Field | Worst service I've ever experienced tried to use there scooters twice and both times they didn't work and they charged me $6 each time, second time wouldn't accept the parking and I had to walk the scooter up the road. I will never use again
2024-11-18 | Steve O | Parking zones could be made bigger as find people struggle to end their trip. Also some no riding zones are too narrow and often the scooter cuts off when on an approved route. Reported often but nothing seems to get updated by the customer service/tech team.
2024-11-10 | Marco Pfrommer | Just a scam. you can't use it on the car Street and everything is so dirty so expensive. poor service always stopped. always stocked.
2024-11-09 | Shufty93 | easy to download and use. good navigation and clear zone and parking sites
2024-11-07 | Kyle Klymchuk | Unreliable and most of the scooters are not well maintained. The last scooter I was riding broke down mid-trip, leaving me to need to jog the second half of my distance. Given the choice, I'd recommend using Bird instead.
2024-11-03 | chad potter | Convenient but could use more locations mainly on northern and eastern streets of Edmonton. And price is getting to the point i might as well buy a scooter cause honestly it wont take long to spend $500 riding these and after that atleast you'll own it and can have it always at you're convenience. $17 to ride for one trip down town and home to Castle Downs. 25x$20\trip and you will own you're scooter.upgrsdes to the computer chip are pretty simple tobdo as well. These ok for small commutes
2024-11-01 | Kim Bowra | Terrible. Signed up used group booking for 2 scooters with the one phone. Travelled 1.8km (15 mins) and it charged over $20! Took it up with the company who acknowledged the over charge but then offered as "good will" a 50% off voucher. What should've been a $3 exercise turned into a rip off. Walk, exercise, and avoid head lice. Won't use again.
2024-10-09 | Huon Valley Escapes | App works fine but the scooter hire is too expensive. For two people to travel 4km by Neuron scooters, it is 43% more expensive and 130% more time, than the same trip by Uber.
2024-09-29 | Steven H (DarkWolf) | BEWRAE IN CALGARY, some rides are bogus and scooter will not work while in a zone where you can freely ride and park. Help from the app is absolutely useless to resolve issue.
2024-09-16 | Lea Wallace | Used to like neuron. Impossible to get far without hitting constant dead zones and the parking zones are rather sporadically spaced. Planning a trip on these is hard enough before you realize that halfway through the power just cuts off. On-top of that, they feel dangerous on the side of the road being entirely too slow, even for the bike lane. Don't rely on this service of you need to get somewhere on time; you will be very late. Also.. the beeping. I was soo tired of the beeping. |
