Nice one it helps me lose my abs a lot the exercise seems simple but it's so intense this is just perfect exactly what I needed

This app makes it easy to track progress and reminds you to work out with motivating messages. It's exactly what some who want to start working out need. One optional thing I would suggest to add would be a searchbar when adding exercises to your custom workout so it's easier to find a certain exercise/ different variations of it.
