This app is amazing, it really takes into account your ability and how long it may take for you to get the splits. Not only are you able to train yourself to do the splits, there's part of the app where you can do other stretches for anything, including workouts, morning and night yoga, weight loss, and there are even jaw stretches for better facial structure. It gives you a 20sec break between stretches that you can adjust to fit you. I definitely recommend if you looking for a good workout. :)

It's really good, especially for a free app. Keeps you on track regardless of yourschedule and does away with having to track progress yourself. The ads are basically non-existent, certainly non-invasive, and there are plenty of resources to figure out what you are doing if you are just starting out. Props for this app from a usually very negative and definitely grumpy person :)

Changed to 1 star because the "Township" ad at the beginning of the app opening being unavoidable, is absolutely ridiculous. You can't skip it unless you play the game a bit-- I tried tapping "skip" a million times. I'm trying to better my fitness and flexibility, not be forced to play a stupid ad that takes time out of my day. Disgusting.
