When the time comes to push further or harder...timer stops and the way this app was programmed isn't the best way to get shredded. It's just too basic alike most of "leap fitness" projects/applications. They are just best for being in shape not shred up. I know we can increase time limit and everything about the app. But this app is not programmed the way to push bodies by their specialist techniques and exercises to grow... It's just basic best app for being in shape.
