2024-12-02 | Clay Darrow | It's really good, especially for a free app. Keeps you on track regardless of yourschedule and does away with having to track progress yourself. The ads are basically non-existent, certainly non-invasive, and there are plenty of resources to figure out what you are doing if you are just starting out. Props for this app from a usually very negative and definitely grumpy person :)
2024-12-02 | Alora Isleib | This app is amazing, it really takes into account your ability and how long it may take for you to get the splits. Not only are you able to train yourself to do the splits, there's part of the app where you can do other stretches for anything, including workouts, morning and night yoga, weight loss, and there are even jaw stretches for better facial structure. It gives you a 20sec break between stretches that you can adjust to fit you. I definitely recommend if you looking for a good workout. :)
2024-11-17 | Kelly Harrington | I was a fairly flexible person before but this app gave me the extra little bit to be able to do splits! I started it out as a quarantine project in 2020 and I'm still using it now years later. It's a great lower body stretch in general so I enjoy using it after all my workouts, whether they're cardio or strength focused.
2024-09-04 | Kayla Huynh | Changed to 1 star because the "Township" ad at the beginning of the app opening being unavoidable, is absolutely ridiculous. You can't skip it unless you play the game a bit-- I tried tapping "skip" a million times. I'm trying to better my fitness and flexibility, not be forced to play a stupid ad that takes time out of my day. Disgusting.
2024-08-06 | Lovin Mehh | Great app for splits, They give you 20 second break every workout, you also have an option to add 20 sec. Or skip it. They also give you breaks where you don't have to do it. When your done you get the option to do it again. Also when you're done, the tell you have how many calories you loss. I got my split in 30 days and now I do them all the time! Once again GREAT APP! 😁
2024-06-12 | Fake Name | It has a good assortment of routines with the most optimal workouts in each, no extra fluff or doing one move for too long or too short. The animations/voice make it easy for someone inexperienced like myself to follow along and learn new moves as I go, instead of having to pause and look them up. My only complaint is the 3 second countdown before each set needs to be synced up better, currently it audibly counts 3 and then visually counts 3, making it 6. They need to sync those together.
2022-04-17 | Old Naarah Menges | Really good app! I am a beginner and have some flexibility, and I'm currently on day 2 and I feel great! I feel a lot more flexible, and I recommend on the app to do the morning and bedtime exercises so that your muscles don't hurt, and follow the plan, because you don't want to over excerise! Thanks for the app, Leap Fitness! I really love it! I recommend this app if you want to learn to do the splits! Bye!
2021-01-07 | • m e l a n i e • | Absolutely AMAZING!!!This app is incredibly effective. I have never taken gymnastics or dance class before and I began to practice splits excercises on my own. Once I installed this app my flexibility was improved SO much. I love how it shows you an animation how to do the stretch. There are no words to explain how great the app is. I haven't had any problems with the app yet. Extremely satisfied! I am not exaggerating I got my splits in about 2 weeks with this app!Keep up the good work!😊
2020-12-07 | Lauren | So far this is a great little app with a low barrier to entry. Loving that the daily excercises are short and include both the warm-up with the stretches, and the reminder is gentle and not abnoxious. Not a guaranteed 30 days to splits - I am almost through the beginner month now and I am seeing progress, but I'll probably need to give it a few more months before I will be able to do the splits proper (probably 2 - 3, judging by the progress so far).
2020-09-24 | Hi*Hey Bluebear | My only problem is that they clearly target the app to women. Men like to be flexible too! Otherwise, I love it! I'm not sure if I'll actually be able to do the splits in 30 days, but it's only day 8 and I am seeing many unexpected results. My chronic back pain is on vacation👏, and my hips don't creak and crack as much when I walk. The app is super easy to understand because of the animated illustrations, videos, and additional instructions. |
