I love Scooter's and I order here almost daily, but this app has issues. #1, why do I have to enter the store every time? I have it set as my favorite store, and it has my location, but still have to go thru that every time. #2, glitches. For instance, just yesterday I ordered a coffee and a sandwich. When I got to the store for pickup, it had me in there twice. They fixed my order of course, but I'm sure it's a pain in the @$$. Not an app issue, but I'd love more sugar-free options! ❤️

Tonya Miles, 2024-11-27UPDATED NOV. 2024! Is anyone else having trouble getting the email to sign in? I haven't received any link, and it's been a couple of hours. I even tried making a new account. It hasn't sent me anything. After getting the above problem solved, I haven't had any problems with the app. Wish they would bring back Scoot's. Not liking the Red Bull. Other than that everything is great.

Joyce Von Bon, 2024-11-12Love the shops- the App is GARBAGE. Every time there is a special event going on the app refuses to load. I missed the candy land wheel because the app would never open! The code is a mess -doesn't work on Wifi if you have a firewall. I have to use data just to view the app. Also needs massive cleanup. Can't switch dirty chai smoothie to decaf. Can't say you want less shots for anything. NO BREWED DECAF IN APP!! I visit far less often than I used to bcs the app makes it frustrating to do so.
