Although this is a really good app for ordering, they have ruined it by taking out all the places you could put messages. For example, when I order my soda I want no ice, And the Panera I go to most often still keeps the lemonade behind the counter. Additionally, sometimes I order two salads one for here and one to go, so I can't order that on the app I have to go to the counter. Sometimes I want the chicken on the side which I can't type anymore so I have to go to the counter. Sometimes, etc...

Opening this app, I know it's going to be a frustrating experience, but somehow it always manages to be even worse. This time, I was unable to complete my order. It's laggy, my basket cleared three times, it rejected valid payment twice, clicking on an invalid coupon forcibly rerouted me to another screen, and using my phone's Back function cleared my cart again. Valid coupons threw multiple errors, and at the end, without coupons, some of my food was unavailable, but it wouldn't tell me what.

Update 11/15/24: How did you make it even worse? New layout is confusing! Original: No toggle to use gift cards before credit cards. Asks for dietary preferences, but doesn't relate to anything. Rewards sometimes reflect things with dairy, and it doesn't differentiate items on the menu with these ingredients. Hard to go back and alter a favorite after adding to the cart (like for half and half). Having allergens listed next to the ingredients like condiments and bread would be helpful as well.
