Every time I want to order chipotle on the go, this app inexplicably needs to be updated, even if I just used it last week. It's not like anything changes either. Ordering is easy, but for some reason you can't order for less than about 20 minutes in advance even when the restaurant is empty, so unless you're planning WAY ahead, the app is pretty much useless. I'd love to be able to throw in my order and grab it 5-10 minutes later as I walk by, but I never think of it that far in advance.

App just stopped allowing me to order. I've tried reinstalling, I've tried using it on different devices, I've tried using different cards. Same error message each time. Now I have to order in person and lose rewards points. The help chat is useless and the store employees don't know, either.

Been Garbage For Long Time. This app has not been working properly for many months. Reordering from your past orders puts nothing in your cart. You have to add a random item to your cart then your cart will update with the total order and the items you had added before. Then you need to remove the item you don't want. It's been this way for such a long time. It amazes me they have no interest in fixing it based on the fact that they don't reply to any of these posts mentioning this issue.
