This app worked great until it signed me out while I was using it in the store. Now it won't let me sign in; I enter my info, watch the spinner, and it stops still on the sign-in page. I've changed my password, un-installed and reinstalled the app numerous times. I've talked to digital customer service, and my problem was escalated for the second time a week ago. I'm still waiting for them to contact me...

I've had the app and used it to shop the store by using my list and the digital coupons. I've used it for years but now I can't even log in, I keep getting a message "unable to access the authentication service". I've un-installed the app and reinstalled it but keep getting the same thing. Please help!

Continues to be one of the worst apps I've ever used. Digital Coupons are a joke. Sure, those prices are great, but no one, not even the employees, knows how to get those digital coupons to work. You find the product and click on it to add it, but it never shows up at the register. I can't even find a place in the app to look at my entered digital coupons. The cashiers always have to manually take the price adjustment off. Ridiculous. It's literally false advertising, which is illegal.
