Update because I'm really annoyed... I'm having the same issue as someone else that it shows me a coupon is available so I click it then it says "coupon not available". A bigger issue is when I try to use my EBT card it doesn't apply it to all the food items. I had just food in my cart and it would only apply some of it. Everything in my car said EBT eligible though. Still have items disappearing from my cart too. Most likely will be cancelling my boost and going to Walmart instead...

App keeps crashing, I typically can say I like the app, however as of late, I keep getting an error message saying, "unable to access the authentication service" and "Please try again". At this point, I have not been able to access my fry's app for about a month. What can I do to fix it? I've sent y'all an email about my concern, but figured I post here as well in case there are others having the same issue. Thank you in advance.

I've used the app for years but in recent weeks it's not clipping coupons and I got no response sending an email describing the issue and asking if it was a known problem. Unfortunately more coupons are on the app than are physically sent. Very aggravating needing to use a coupon that won't work on the app.
