Installed the app and got an error message, so I deleted and re-installed the app. I still couldn't log in. I kept getting messages saying there was a problem with my account, so I cleared the cache, deleted the data saved, un-installed the App, re installed, and restarted the phone before trying to log in again. Got same messaging that there was a problem with my account. 09/04...installed update, received same messages, still doesn't work. I did notice there were a slew of trackers running.

I have NEVER been able to properly use this app! I've tried it on my old phone, my new phone, my wife's phone- never works! All the other grocery store apps work like clockwork- this one has always been an issue.... so frustrating walking in-store and want a certain item with the coupon code right next to the price- and to not be able to virtually clip the coupon in the app.... either get it somewhat working, or DON'T OFFER IT AT ALL!

Kroger changed to the current app some months ago. The previous app, which was the same as the Ralphs app, was okay. This new app is not user friendly at all. Navigating through the app on my mobile device is difficult. The app does not include all of the digital coupons. I hate using this app. It is very frustrating. I would give it 0 stars if possible.
