Every time I try to use it in the store, it needs an update. I'm standing in front of the freezer waiting for it to install (and now writing this review) so I can take a silly picture of the silly barcode so I can get my silly discount while other shoppers walk by. This app is bad. The Vons app doesn't ever do this.
I hate this app. It is slow and unstable and I also hate the klunky design and flow of the app. Strangely Ralph's, like Food 4 Less, is a Kroger company, but the Food 4 Less and Kroger apps are both so much better and faster than the Ralph's app. Also, I use the print ad version on the app to view weekly specials, but they took away the ability to zoom into the ad, so the print ad on this app is basically useless because it's impossible to read without zooming in.
The experience for Samsung appears to be different than those for Apple. My mother has way less bugs and errors on her iPhone than I do on my Samsung phone. There are constant errors, bugs, and broken links when I try to use the app. The app allows for pickup times that do not exist at the store I go to. The only reason I use the app at all is because it used to be more user friendly and I like the store I go to. I'm hoping that they improve, so I can actually use it again.
