User reviews
This app has been an absolute gamechanger for my PT. I've gone to PT at two other times in my life and always struggled to stay consistent. I love the reminders and accountability - I'm on day 27 of my streak and absolutely can feel improvements in my body. I'm so grateful my clinic uses this app! I had an issue with video playback when I switched to my new phone, but I requested help and MedBridge support helped me right away. (Deleting app data and re-entering my program code was all it took.)
This app is unfinished: The videos rush rest and transitions between exercises, and don't support additional sets or reps. The timer is usually too short for the number of reps and hold time. There's no way to see the number of sets or reps in logged activities. The logging UI doesn't change the set count when adding more sets. There's no option to add comments on activities for your provider to see. I only use it to log my exercises for my provider, and it doesn't even do that well.
The medbridge app is so much easier than a bunch of papers with pictures of the exercises. The app helps do the right number of reps each day and paces the exercises. The record of what you have done is a bit confusing at first. Once you figure out it helps keep track of what you did and whats left.
