Complete garbage of an app. Verification process never told me it was approved until I reached out to a client for assistance. Then, when trying to take additional photos of the vehicle, they all showed up as a blurred image and never went through. I had to close the app and re-open it to see that the approval and payment all actually went through.

We made an in store reservation and got told to use the link they sent to make changes or do whatever else which you have to use the app for - it won't let you on the website . & You can't even make an account to begin doing anything. You hit continue on the signup page and it sends a code with nowhere to enter it. Absolutely a waste of time and very frustrating.

Leanne Chabot, 2024-10-22This app was definitely built by a middle school Computer Science and Glee Club organization which happened to be sponsored by U-Haul. It constantly crashes-oops! Something went wrong on our end try back later-and when you do nothing has changed. If you do get the extremely rare opportunity to log in you can't edit your profile or do anything but sing showtunes from Annie. What a completely worthless app. Save yourself the agony don't download and just walk in to your nearest U-Haul location.
