Boarding Pass on the Go
Get mobile boarding passes for all passengers on your trip 24 hours in advance. Southwest passes have rich color and bold font, which makes seeing your Gate and Boarding Position very clear. Find the details you need quickly: Flight Number, Confirmation Number, Boarding Time, Tier Status, and TSA Pre-Check. Don’t forget to add your Mobile Boarding Passes to Google Pay!

Travel Funds

User reviews

App is glitchy and poorly designed. When checking in or looking up a flight status, you have to manually enter the flight details each time, which is ridiculous. Worse than that, the only way to bring up a boarding pass is to check in to a flight (again entering all the details and confirmation code) - even if you're already checked in! This is by far one of the worse designed apps I've ever used. It's worst than pointless, it makes simple and necessary things much more complex and difficult.

App mostly works. I called before the flight because my TSA recheck was not on my boarding pass. After they corrected it over the phone, my reservation wasn't in my trips, I had to recheck in every time I wanted to access my boarding pass. Luckily it kept my spot in line to board each time I "checked in".

As a loyal tenured frequent SW flyer and user of the app, this last update is a major FAIL from the antiquated look of it to the dysfunctionality of it. It takes way too much time to do basic things (i.e. search, book, change, cancel, etc.). Please quickly go back to the drawing board on this one and revert back to the prior version in the interim.
