I bought a First Class ticket, which includes two free checked bags. The mobile check-in app required I pay $40 to check one bag. I had to check-in saying I had no bags to check to get my boarding pass. I hope the baggage police don't give trouble at curbside bag check. What a PITA for any passenger, especially one who paid a fare that included the bag fees. Way to alienate your high fare customers United. Welcome to the unfriendly skies.

Comprehensive app for navigating through the excitement of air travel. Shopping for booking & changing flights. Just uninstalled app from my android phone because a day after my flight it is STILL sending me notifications that my original flight was cancelled. Even after I was rebooked two times on later flights the app was still dwelling on and focused on one cancelled flight. This bug needs United attention.

NEED CREDIT CARD ON FILE TO EVEN GET BOARDING PASS. I had a nightmarish time getting my boarding pass because I couldn't continue as guest because I needed a card on file but when I tried to create an account I found i already had one, tried a password, wrong password, reset password, new password can't be same as old password. I almost ripped my hair out. fix this app please, don't require credit card "in case plans change".
