Works well. I can manage my trip effectively and I especially love the soft copy boarding pass option. I do not like however that not all destination airports are available in the app. I would like to fly to England soon and I checked and it says that Jetblue does fly there but the airport can't be found in the app.

There are no instructions for how to use the app. For example, no explanation for what's supposed to be in the "From" & "To" fields when trying to book a flight. Any data entered in the field returns, "Hmmm... we couldn't find any results for [whatever data is entered, including city, state, airport, airport abbreviation, numbers, etc.]. You can also browse alphabetically." But exactly what or where the user is supposed to browse is not listed or explained. Pretty much worthless.

Trying to complete my purchase, app shows a pop-up instucting me to select the phone number to send a one time security code to, however there is no confirm button anywhere on the screen to finalize the selection and complete the purchase. Completely useless app, annoyed I have to go to the website in order to complete what should be a basic function.
