This has been the worst experience I have ever had. Upaharges are ridiculous (not even a personal it without paying...). I still have not been able to check-in and when I called their support phone # the automated voice recognition is set to not direct you to a live agent and chat is AI autobot that sends you right back to the same checking link and of course another $40 to for an agent to help at the Airport. so far $300 in up charges all non refundable. I will never fly this airline again.

I am an elite gold member with Frontier. I have been for a decade... and my last flight experience was so terrible that I'm contemplating cancelling my card altogether. Upon arrival at the airport, the app was repeatedly glitching with an "unknown navitaire error" and it would not let me check in. The woman at the check-in counter would not even so much as look at what was happening. She just told me if I wanted to catch my flight, I'd need to pay her 25 dollars to check me in.

Recent use (11/23/2025): nothing has gotten any better. Still nearly useless. From 2019- Absolutely worthless app. even once you are logged in you have to enter your name and flight information to get to possibly see your flight. Change screens and all that information disappears forcing you to enter it again. took me 15 minutes to find the boarding pass, only to not be able to find it 5 minutes later trying the same links. Terrible
