This app will not stay connected to my Officejet 8015e. I'm constantly having to do a factory reset in order to get it work, and then even after that, the majority of the time, it's telling me that "some features are unavailable." I can set it up on my computer, and there is no problem from the HP smart app on my laptop, but whenever I set it up from my S24 ultra it tells me features are not available, so I can't do nothing from the app but do basic printing, I can't scan or do anything else.

Turn off app tracking for HP Smart. I had the same issues as many of the previous reviews stated. None of the features were working. Through my own investigation, and dumb luck, I discovered the app tracking blocker I have on my phone was preventing features from working at all. After I turned it off for HP Smart, they all began working properly.
