Miriam 0lmeda, 2024-11-26Worst app, worst company, sent refurbished printer charged me full price was supposed to give me free paper+ ink for 1 yr cause of screw up. Renagged. Now they have it locked. Loved HP before, always bought my own, own ink etc. Never any problems. Now I'm being held hostage 3 months.
