2024-11-21 | Ammon Ely | It's not "Smart" at all! I just purchased an HP printer and I'm wasting all of my ink on Testing papers and not any print jobs! I can print on any nearby printer, but not on mine!! HORRIBLE!!! Over 30 hours...and NOT WORKING!! *LATEST UPDATE!: Over 8 more hours trying to print today and IT'S NOT WORKING!!! Worst, EVER. Blinking Orange Light, and it's NOT WIRKING AGAIN...FOR NO REASON!
2024-11-21 | onefoul 1 | I had a HP printer 5200 series, instant ink everything, it worked so well I went and bought a new printer, an HP 8015e. You would think it would be easy to add a new printer to the account since it's all HP. IT HAS BEEN ANYTHING BUT!!! First off I spent almost 2 hours on the phone with support, she couldn't even get both of my devices up on the app, I got it working on my own finally for a couple weeks just to have print spooler error take my phone out, and now I need to re set up again HEADACHE
2024-11-20 | Jovi Seegobin | fine for the price, but keeps disconnecting from wifi, printer tray occasionally registers as empty when not, and there is no non wifi option to print? Update: this may be the worst purchase I have ever made. The printer is horrendous and the app is even less intuitive. The copy button doesn't copy from the tray but copies from a picture that your phone prompts you to take. The ink runs low after minimal uses. The printer REQUIRES wifi so if there are any outages, you are SOL. Buy another brand.
2024-11-08 | Gerald “Xai” Pagan | I need to update my payment method to be able to print, even though I still have plenty of ink... What? That's dumb. And then all of these subscriptions. One for paper, one for ink, one for HP+. Not sure if it's all in one bundled subscription or not, but either way it's annoyingly cash-grabby with all these attempts at charging you just to use the bloody damned thing. No thanks, buy a different printer brand, NOT HP.
2024-11-01 | Jeremy Francis | I haven't had the instant ink subscription in some time. Decided to resubscribe, and they charged me twice in 2 days with no easy option to dispute where it shows the charges on the website. Then, when I cancel, they say they will charge one final time on the last day of my subscription (make that make sense)? On top of the fact, they raised the subscription price. What kind of weird business practices are going on over at HP?
2024-10-30 | GGrrEEnn | I have tried using this application to setup 4 different printers. What a waste of time and software development. You can connect your printer relitivley easily, but then to print anything you must sign in to an HP account. Then as your printer is connected and your now signed in, you cannot print. It is easier to bypass the app and connect to the device individually through normal printer ques in Windows or Mac then to use the product created application. Don't waste your time.
2024-10-26 | Sebastian Raney | This app shouldn't be necessary at all, let alone as cumbersome and outright hostile as it is. Call me a boomer, but I just want to plug my printer in (or hook up to bluetooth or wifi) and hit print. Having to sign up for yet another junk mail account only to be told my printer didn't finish setup because of some unspecified error is enough to throw every hp product in my office out a window. UX is awful, support is nonexistant, and the entire workflow is openly hostile to consumers.
2024-10-26 | Tyler Wilkins | The app is fine for printing, but since all of the modern printers from HP require the ink and page subscription, why on earth doesn't the app show you how many pages of your allotment you've used so far? Why do I have to go to a website instead of just having that information presented in the dedicated app? Please add that as an option, so I don't have to go to the website to check
2024-10-23 | Katie L | What the app description doesn't tell you is that a shared Wi-Fi connection is required. What a joke. After additional review, at the very bottom it says "some features may require a shared connection." Still, that's not very specific. "Some features"? The main reason anyone would want this app would be to print from a mobile device. If you ask me, that's the main feature
2024-10-19 | Keisha D | Update added to web based service requiring me to sign in from my app. Unable to connect to a service. Been trying for hours on my own and unable to get any help. Uninstalled app on my desktop now I cannot reinstall because my desktop is not an option!!!! What is going on!!!! Do I have to do social media reviews to alert people not to buy???? Or will you guys help fix the problem YOU created? |
