App is basically worthless, specifications tab doesn't wanna open up. The assistant is just a pre written selections or nothing at all. Also the all keeps crashing when you try to ask the support assistant for specific device details. Kudos to messing up ur app so well for such a massive company.

Can you imagine that you guys crated a simple (not) app for your printers, but that app is so dumb that you create another app for support your first one loool. JUTS MAKE HP SMART APP SIMPLE PLEASE !!! The printer do 3 simple things: Print Copy Scan Fax (sometimes, but who using fax in 2023) Why do I need to be signed in??? Why do I need to be connected to the internet??? Why does printer needs to be connected to the internet???

Awful. I now have Hp chromebook. Changed tv services and none of your tutorials chromebook are accessible. Tried to notify you you now list an incorrect model type. Ive been trying, over 2 year to get back on-line. My cell # changed and where n how do i update. Someone finally figured out i needed ink and sent it. Yet, you continue to charge my credit card . Look at my usage. I want a Credit and service.
