Trying to book with miles. Error says to use flexible dates or nearby airports but the app fails to provide those options. This is a common sense option....absent. maybe change the error to tell the user they have to waste time changing the dates and airports themselves . Terrible user experience . Also does not show Miles needed for a flight if you don't have enough yet. Showing what is needed would be really useful. Show flight length ..hard to calculate myself when crossing time zones. Ugh!

App didn't work during a flight even when connected to the delta wifi (messaging only, browsing price is absurd). It displayed errors for awhile, wouldn't show flight info, and then it logged me out with no ability to log back in. The messaging connection also stopped working, so could be bad wifi. It also failed to login earlier so I had to check in with a browser instead. The CEO is also pro-Trump.
