With CitiBusiness® Mobile App you can:

CitiBusiness® Mobile users must be specifically entitled for access and should contact their Security Administrator prior to downloading the application. If this step is not completed, the application can be downloaded, however access will be denied upon log in.

The standard keyboard must be used for the CitiBusiness Mobile app to launch. Please change your default keyboard setting or delete the non-standard keyboard app before launching the app. Jailbroken and Rooted mobile devices cannot be used.

It has never been easier to access your accounts on the go. This application will communicate with Citi’s server automatically in order to relay your consent and to record usage metrics. By consenting to the installation of this application, you are also providing your consent to the future installation of any updates or upgrades to CitiBusiness® Mobile that may be required for this application to perform the functions outlined above.     login is a little tricky, and when I loaded the app onto my new phone it automatically disabled my existing six-digit pin but didn't inform me, which involved spending an hour on the phone with customer support. that would have been a very useful notification to save time. Otherwise it's pretty easy to use.

    App was working perfectly fine and then I tried to login today and app keeps crashing...very annoying and hindering to business. I was told to reach out via Twitter or email but the email "help" I received was telling me to reinstall the app (why didn't I think of that 🙄) then I was told to contact the number on the back of my card because they couldn't help me out further than that?? Great job with your "IT" department

    Do NOT update this app before the deadline of August 14th and try not to at all unless previous version isn't allowed any longer. Who creates an update without tried and true testing. Every time I attempt to view the details of an account other than the overall multiple accounts summary it automatically resets to the sign on screen. If it's not fixed by the 14th I will start closing accounts. The previous version was perfectly fine. Samsung Galaxy 10
