Why would I be able to pay through the app for a DTS balance, but I can't get paid back once DTS finally catches up? Include a refund capability in the app. The fact that I have to go online to get a refund after being told I can and should do everything through the app is ridiculous.

One year later, this app is still terrible. Incredible! I think it's time our company switches travel card providers. I don't understand how this app is so bad. The regular Citi app is great. The fingerprint authentication doesn't work, the app crashes often, and it requires security questions with every login.
