Changed from a 5 to a 1 star because the app keeps telling me I'm offline and the map is outdated. I am NOT offline, but I am in Florida and we have a category 5 hurricane about to hit and this app is broken when it's needed the most. I'll definitely be switching to a different app and not coming back. Nobody even answers support and we're in dangerous weather soon??? Edit: It's Nov 4th 2024 and there is no change in a month. There is missing information and I have premium.

Getting greedy cost you a subscription. Your not worth $79 a year. Sorry. Canceled. I'll uninstall in November when my year runs out. OLD:Something else that would help is icons on Interstates & city names at higher zoom levels. To know where we are looking at higher zoom levels. OLD: Being a Trucker, I would love to see where chain laws are in effect. State apps use different icons for different meanings. A college degree is needed to decifer. All states in one place would be AWESOME.

Weather not updating. It keeps telling me multiple times that the weather provider is unavailable and to try in a while. I pay for premium so I am able to have storm tracking alerts but starting to think I need to look for a new app. Edited to add, it's now not allowing me premium features even though I'm paying for premium and it's showing active on my account
