This app, when it works, is great. However, even after the most recent update, it freezes or gets really slow to respond, closes on its own, and I often have to exit and restart the app several times before I'm done watering. I could live with that for $25 a year, but tripling the price to $75? I'm done. I'll just set reminders on my Google calendar. The plant ID is only ok and anytime I've tried to diagnose a plant, I'm told I'm over watering. Which I only do when the app tells me to.

Kimberly Daufeldt, 2024-11-11I've been using this app for about 3 years now. I've been a lucky one and it's worked perfectly fine for me this whole time. I liked it so much that I even paid for the subscription to help them out. So why the 1 star rating? Because I woke up to an email this morning saying my subscription was increasing from the $25 I've been paying, to $75!! That's a 200% increase! This app is not worth that. Subscription was immediately cancelled and the app will be uninstalled after this is posted.

Jeanetta Szerletich, 2024-10-28When all is working properly, this is a great app. However, quality has steadily deteriorated over the past year and a half. Increasingly buggy, with app freezing and restarting repeatedly. With paid subscription, sync feature has not worked in over 6 months. Support, especially for a paid subscription app, is borderline non-existent.
