| 2024-11-05 |  | | Changed from a 5 to a 1 star because the app keeps telling me I'm offline and the map is outdated. I am NOT offline, but I am in Florida and we have a category 5 hurricane about to hit and this app is broken when it's needed the most. I'll definitely be switching to a different app and not coming back. Nobody even answers support and we're in dangerous weather soon??? Edit: It's Nov 4th 2024 and there is no change in a month. There is missing information and I have premium. |

OLD:Something else that would help is icons on Interstates & city names at higher zoom levels. To know where we are looking at higher zoom levels. OLD: Being a Trucker, I would love to see where chain laws are in effect. State apps use different icons for different meanings. A college degree is needed to decifer. All states in one place would be AWESOME. |

I pay for premium so I am able to have storm tracking alerts but starting to think I need to look for a new app. Edited to add, it's now not allowing me premium features even though I'm paying for premium and it's showing active on my account |

| 2024-10-14 |  | | Probably not the fault of the app, but suddenly Android is putting the app in deep sleep mode. It says it's sending me too many notifications . It's frigging hurricane season, and I live in Florida ! This is new. Just started happening in the last few days. I've added it to the never sleep list, but why should I have to ? I use the app every day, several times. It's a matter of safety for me. Update: yesterday I put the app in the "never deep sleep" list. Today the widget is gone again. TEDIOUS! |

I emailed them and they told me they put out an update to fix it but there's been no such update. If I put the widget onto my screen everything crashes with ONE UI and I have to reset all the data which erases my entire home screen set up. |

Then the widget caused one ui home to flip out and keep my screen flashing. The only way I could fix this was to clear one ui home data. I had to completely redo my home screen and apps. As soon as I added the widget, the symptoms started again. Have sent screen shots to the developer and am awaiting a response. Please fix, I love the app. |

| 2024-10-10 |  | | I don't usually write reviews for apps but I was surprised today when my One UI kept crashing. Didnt figure it out was the clime widget or maybe even the whole app that caused the crash until I was setting up my NEW phone and found a reddit post that mentioned this same issue. Clime has been my favorite weather app for a while now. I love the customizable features, but I have to say goodbye unless this issue can be fixed. |
