I've enjoyed prime video since it came out. They have so many great, high quality originals shows and movies. However, recent changes to the plans make it so default Amazon prime subscriptions now have ads. You have to pay extra for no ads. I understand that they need to make money, but it still sucks that for years I could watch all of these shows without ads. And now, when I come back to watch them again, I have to watch them with so many ads. It feels like I'm watching cable tv. Less ads pls

(You really deserve 0 stars) Terrible & Frustrating!!! It buffers to get in the app. It buffers at the start of a show, and it buffers every 3 seconds in the show! Try uninstalling & reinstalling.... Power off phone, power it back on. Restart phone.NOTHING WORKS! It's always buffering. I will not pay $$$ for a service that doesn't work properly. You've lost a valuable customer!!!

Why is it so bad. I don't know of another streaming service that 1 has this many ads 2 shows actually disgusting ads and 3 has a literally non functioning resume watching feature. I don't know that it has ever even been on the same episode when I click resume watching. I am the only one with access to this account and it's only on one device so it's just wild to me that it is so bad. Like it honestly blows my mind if they weren't the only place to stream the show I'm watching I wouldn't have it.
