| 2024-12-02 |  | | I've enjoyed prime video since it came out. They have so many great, high quality originals shows and movies. However, recent changes to the plans make it so default Amazon prime subscriptions now have ads. You have to pay extra for no ads. I understand that they need to make money, but it still sucks that for years I could watch all of these shows without ads. And now, when I come back to watch them again, I have to watch them with so many ads. It feels like I'm watching cable tv. Less ads pls |

I don't know that it has ever even been on the same episode when I click resume watching. I am the only one with access to this account and it's only on one device so it's just wild to me that it is so bad. Like it honestly blows my mind if they weren't the only place to stream the show I'm watching I wouldn't have it. |

So the "free" shows that come with your subscription aren't free anymore. In order to watch the entire series, you must pay for season 3. They hook you with the first 2 season, then gouge you for $22 to continue unless you want to skip a whole season. That's not free. They claim it's the partner channels who determine what and how much content is free. What good is the service then. |

Try uninstalling & reinstalling.... Power off phone, power it back on. Restart phone.NOTHING WORKS! It's always buffering. I will not pay $$$ for a service that doesn't work properly. You've lost a valuable customer!!! |

It's really annoying to be forced to watch all these advertisements. 99% of the products advertised is junk I'd never even buy. Having a surround sound system, Amazon has very poor sound quality. Almost none of the movies are in a sound format like DTS....ect It's all 2 channel audio. The quality of movies is very poor. They will advertise a bunch of great movies. But when you sign up, you must pay extra to watch. |

Most of the time it either picks me up in the wrong place in a show or even in the wrong episode. And now that $139 a year for Amazon Prime means you need to watch ads, every time I try to skip around it's w minutes of advertisements. Yuck. |
| 2024-11-25 |  | | Bittersweet. I used to love my amazon account. I love how they have the option to raise the dialogue over the background noise. However, paying for extra channels on top of your monthly fee can be expensive on lower income. Especially paying extra for ad breaks that have a habit of slowing the film/show you're watching. As well as not seeing the need to charge your customers more. I only started the account because of Audible. If anyone knows how to keep Audible and cut off Amazon let me know. |
| 2024-11-24 |  | | 3 minutes of ads every 30 minutes, even when I have prime is ridiculous. I never write reviews, but this is absolutely horrible viewing. The ads are the same length as movie in terms of time, so an hour and a half of movie now becomes 2+ just because of amazons' new update. until they fix this, I'm deleting this. |

Majority of the time PIP does not work. The settings within the video you are watching are non existent. NOT USER FRIENDLY AT ALL. |
