Downloaded this app to watch t20 world cup. On subscription page it asks to subscribe to certain phone+insurance package after which streaming should be available, however they never gave subscription even after I subscribed to the useless phone+insurance package. Not recommended at all!

I have been attempting to subscribe to the Criclife Max package in order to watch the live World Cup matches. Despite subscribing to the 30GB package, I have not received any confirmation message from Switch TV regarding the subscription. Additionally, there seems to be no accessible method to contact Switch TV support. This situation is quite disappointing.

Err1414 watching cricket ipl old match on catchup tv channel criclife 1. getting error on screen as " A network error issue occured. Pls check network connection try again. Err 1414" Pls advise and resolve this issue urgently. Fyi, this error does not appear on live match...it works well in live tv...this error is for catchup tv programme, which is recorded to view from last 7days.
