I had a worst experience with them yesterday, they wasted my money and my 4 hours also on night, at the end i didn't get the food also. Yesterday they played very big drama. This is first time experience from them, so keep that kind of fraudulent. I ordered KFC through this app, but i didn't get the item also i lost my money, thier represented peraons are also a big drama actors, and their manager also. Too many times they promised to call and clear it, but untill now he didn't call me yet

More than 1 month of continuous followup and i still am not able to get my refund for transactions incorrectly charged to me... And more frustrating is that no one bothers to call and upon followup they try to pin the blame on the customer somehow... Possibly the worst customer service i have experienced.. Wish there can be a 0 star rating
