On subscription page it asks to subscribe to certain phone+insurance package after which streaming should be available, however they never gave subscription even after I subscribed to the useless phone+insurance package. I purchased the ICC Cricket World Cup subscription, and throughout the World Cup, they were showing me Hindi commentary. On the day of the Pakistan vs. New Zealand and England vs. Australia matches, they were showing me England vs. Australia, and I had no option to change it. It really disappoints and also doesnāt show SwitchTV app in Samsung TV play store as well. Why is it having much restrictions? At least It should allow me to control registered devices. Also, streams started to stop while watching matches and showing an error popup in Apple TV. Who will be assisting us to resolve this issues? | |

2022-11-12 | NB Broking | I purchased 1 day subscription, however i am getting auto renewal message on a daily basis. There is no way to stop this from the menu. Just one piece of advice to users, before activation or purchase any service please go and read everyone's review here. It's a trauma to deactivate the subscription. One more thing, support doesnt work, neither live chat or email. No one help if you get stuck. JUST STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP. |
