Hey Clicks, I wanted to place an order via the app this morning, but the UI is so slow that it just continuously loads at the payment section. Then, after it loads, it doesn't do anything - and when I select checkout and my payment method again, it gives an error saying that there is already a transaction in progress. I can't place an Order via the app - but I'll try via the website. Regards,

With the new update it wouldn't take my logins. When I reset the password and tried logging in again it showed an error. Finally, yesterday I was locked out for fifteen minutes. Tonight, a full 24h later I tried again with the password I chose last night. Again got the message that I'm locked out after too many tries. Good job!

The Clicks App has been extremely frustrating to use. I struggled to apply cashback points and check out, and it took several attempts before my order finally went through on 4 December. Now, it’s 12 December, and the app still shows the courier was instructed to collect my order on 5 December, with no updates since. There’s no other way to track my order, and this poor experience has made me hesitant to use the app for purchases again.
