2024-12-23 | Zeenat Singh | Hey Clicks, I wanted to place an order via the app this morning, but the UI is so slow that it just continuously loads at the payment section. Then, after it loads, it doesn't do anything - and when I select checkout and my payment method again, it gives an error saying that there is already a transaction in progress. I can't place an Order via the app - but I'll try via the website. Regards, | |
2024-12-16 | trippy | With the new update it wouldn't take my logins. When I reset the password and tried logging in again it showed an error. Finally, yesterday I was locked out for fifteen minutes. Tonight, a full 24h later I tried again with the password I chose last night. Again got the message that I'm locked out after too many tries. Good job! | |

I struggled to apply cashback points and check out, and it took several attempts before my order finally went through on 4 December. Now, it’s 12 December, and the app still shows the courier was instructed to collect my order on 5 December, with no updates since. There’s no other way to track my order, and this poor experience has made me hesitant to use the app for purchases again. | |

Before the update I'd get between 75-100 rand pm roughly in cash back as I shop only at clicks partners for fuel and as many products as possible. I haven't received any cash back since the update. Ive tried reinstalling and I also get zero points, even after shopping at clicks. | |

It kept stopping while I was registering my details and I had to start again from the beginning and got a message that I must phone Customer services which is a nuisance . And the website is worse. Judging by the reviews, other people manage to use the app, not without complaints, but I am not going to be able to use it at all. Furthermore, there is just not enough product detail, for instance for vitamin supplements. If only you would show the back of the containerDisappointing. |
