Simple straight-forward navigation – We’ve added bottom navigation to make it easier to find what you need, when you need it. Switch users easily – Multiple profiles? No problem! Switch seamlessly between different user profiles by selecting profiles located on the bottom navigation and then select “switch user”. Introducing the Action Panel – Bringing your banking features front and center, like payments, transfers, my cards, and cash withdrawals. Chat Pay – A revolutionary new feature called Chat Pay that allows you to pay any FNB customer via a simple chat, all within FNB’s secure ecosystem giving you peace of mind that the person you are paying has been verified and approved. It’s that simple.
What is Pay? We have renamed Payments to Pay. This feature will provide you with access to categories within payments such as pay, receive, pay bills, payment settings, and payment history.
What is Secure Messaging? Chat to other FNB/RMB customers securely on the App by granting access to your contact list. Features within Secure Messaging include Chat Pay, voice notes, attachments, share location, etc.

The app is secured and easy to use. It doesn't have dysfunctional issues. when I open the application I'm always required to enter password for security purposes and after entering the password I find warnings about the scams that are making waves in the modern world. I highly recommend this application to each and every FNB account holder.
I just got my new Huawei Nova Y62 and I am unable to get into my FNB app, it says the app is not compatible with my device and that I should try to update the app, but there's no new update. I've been with FNB for 11 years and never had a problem with the app. I do all my banking and payments online as I have Osteoperosis in my spine and neck and can't move around much so I am very dependant on my FNB app. PLEASE, PLEASE HELP URGENTLY!!!!!
On Android, if there is more than one notification in the swipe-down notification panel on the home screen, and you tap the bottom message as read, it doesn't mark that particular message as read, but rather the one above it. If you didn't look at the one above and want to know what it was, you have no choice but to open the app. UPDATE: I am not going to email my concerns. My review is clear. Skip the lazy side-step reply and fix the problem! UPDATE 3 Dec: Still not fixed??
